ACCOUNT INFO

Account > Listed Vehicles:

provides a listing of all devices available on this account. Devices cannot be manually added and these are listed by admin.

Account > Contact Email/SMS for Alerts :

It lists the email address and the phone number associated with the account. All alerts are sent to the email address and/or phone.

SETTINGS

Settings > Change Password:

This helps you to reset your password whenever needed.

Settings > Change Alert Settings :

Select which alert options are enabled. For each option that is enabled, an email is sent out to the listed email (under Account Information > Contacts). To disable alerts, select the "Change Alert Settings" option again and leave the checkbox unchecked for the alert option that you want to disable (while checking those that are to be enabled)

Settings> Change Time Zone :

Select the appropriate time zone as per your location.

Settings > Add/Edit Email/SMS for Alerts :

This option will allow you to add or edit contact for alerts associated with this account.

Settings > Add/Edit Vehicle

Settings > Add/Edit Vehicle > Choose Add + button:

This adds a new vehicle to the account. Enter vehicle first name and last name as shown below. After this select the device associated with the vehicle (this shows up after the vehicle first name and last name is submitted).

Settings > Add/Edit Vehicle > Select the Vehicle > Choose Edit option:

This helps to edit the vehicle name.

Settings > Add/Edit Vehicle > Select the Vehicle > Choose remove option:

This removes a vehicle (from the list of named vehicles).

Settings > Change Update Interval:

The feature helps to set the pinging intervals for Asset Tracker on the platform.

Settings > View/Edit Subgroups:

This will display the different groups and the vehicles belonging to each group. Sometimes it is desired to display only the vehicles belonging to a particular group and this can be done by using the "Subgroups" button at the bottom of the page.

Settings > View/Edit Subgroup > Click on Add Subgroup radio button:

This option will create a group of vehicles in a given subgroup. A vehicle can only belong to one particular subgroup. Once this menu item is clicked, it will ask for the group name and will let to select from a list of vehicles.

Settings > View/Edit Subgroup > Click on Edit Subgroup radio button:

This option will help you to edit a group of vehicles in a given subgroup. A vehicle can only belong to one particular subgroup. Select your group name and will let to assign/un-assign a list of vehicles to the selected subgroup.

Settings > Delete Subgroup > Click on Delete Subgroup radio button:

This option will delete a subgroup.

Settings > View Edit User Permissions

Settings > View Edit User Permissions > Add User:

This option will create a new user account that can access the mapping platform. Users can be given permissions for various functions such as to change alert settings, view reports and track history. Check the permissions for each user in the form - these permissions can be modified later on.

Settings > View Edit User Permissions > Edit/Delete User Permissions:

This option will allow viewing or editing permissions for a user. You can also delete users for an account.

Settings > View Edit User Permissions > Edit Subuser group:

This option will allow viewing or editing sub user group.

GEOFENCING

Geofencing > Create Geofencing Area:

This option selects the area for geofencing. Enter the address for geofencing. The map will be updated with the address specified. Then use the center marker to select the center of the geofence circle - drag the marker to the center of the location for geofencing. Then drag the radius marker to define the radius of the geofence circle - as the radius marker is being dragged the circle radius also changes. After the geofence circle is placed, press "Submit" button to monitor the geofence area. Also make sure that the Geofencing alert is enabled under Change Settings > Alert Settings and a contact email/SMS is provided under Settings> Add Email/Add SMS.

Geofencing > View/Delete Geofences:

This option enables to scroll through all stored geofence locations. To delete any geofence location, press "Delete" button after selecting a geofence.

TRACK HISTORY

Track History:

Select desired start and end date for viewing history. Select vehicle from the drop down list. Then, select the data points to be included in the chart as shown below and press "Submit" button.

SETTINGS

Settings > Change Password:

This option will allow to reset the password, you can enter old password >entre new password>confirm new password >Save password.

Alert Settings:Change Alert Settings:

Select which alert options are enabled. For each option that is enabled, an email is sent out to the listed email (under Account Information > Contacts under map vehicles). To disable alerts, select the "Change Alert Settings" option again and leave the checkbox unchecked for the alert option that you want to disable (while checking those that are to be enabled)

View/Edit User Permission> Add User:

This option will allow creating a new user account that can access the mapping platform. Users can be given permissions for various functions such as to change alert settings, view reports and track history. Check the permissions for each user in the form - these permissions can be modified later on.

Settings >Edit Delete User Permission:

This option will allow setting user permission and access to change settings, Reports, tracking and mapping.

Edit Sub User Group:

This option will allow viewingor editing sub user group.

Time Zone:

option will allow selecting the appropriate time zone.

Add/Edit Email/SMS for Alerts:

option will allow adding or editing contact for alerts associated with this account.

This option will allow viewing to video tutorial links.

FAQ:

This option willallowviewing frequently asked questions.

Log Off:

This option will allow to logout from the Matrack Platform

Search Tab:

This tab allows searching the vehicle from the vehicle list.

All Groups:

This option will allow viewing the vehicles enlisted in groups.

View Activated Devices:

This option will allow viewing all the activated devices on the platform.

View Unactivated Devices:

This option will allow viewing all the inactive devices on the platform.

All Modes:

This option will allow viewing devices on various modes.

All Modes>Transmitting:

This option will allow viewing the devices actively transmitting on the platform.

All Modes>Not Transmitting:

This option will allow viewing the devices not transmitting on the platform.

All Modes> In Repo Mode:

This option will allow viewing the devices on aggressive mode (Repo mode).

All Modes> Starter Disable On:

This option will allow viewing the GV50 devices with starter disable on.

Track:

This Option will allow viewing the tracking platform.

Admin View:

This option redirects the page to Matrack Radar Dashboard.

Repo Recovery:

This button icondisplays the total number of devices under repo recovery option in the account.

Starter:

This button icon displays the total number of vehicles pinged with starter disable option

Vehicles Impound Lot:

This button icon displays the total number of vehicles in Impound lots.

Shows all devices currently transmitting:

This button icon displays total number of devices currently transmitting in the platform.

Vehicles not updated over last 7 days:

This button icon display total number of devices not updated for last 7 days.

GEOFENCING

This option will allow to create , Edit / view geofence in the platform

Create Asset tracker Geofence:

This option will allowcreatingGeofence for Asset trackers, (The device will only send Geofencealert,and it won’t change the device to repo mode in order to save battery). Select the vehicle from the drop down and submit.

Enter the address and adjust the red pointer to create the Geofence circle around the address and submit.

View Edit Geofence:

This option will allow to scroll through all stored geofence locations. To edit any geofence location, press "submit" button after selecting a geofence.

Edit the name / address and adjust the geofence circle.

View Edit Asset Tracker Geofence: This option will allowscrolling through all asset tracker devices. To edit any asset tracker geofence location, press "submit" button after selecting a particular vehicle.

Repo Recovery Option:This option will allow viewing all the enlisted vehicles in platform,we can opt for various repo actions like locate now, repo mode and kill starter depending on device functionality.

LOCATION HISTORY

Location History:

Select desired start and end date for viewing history. Select vehicle from the drop down list. Then, select the data points to be included in the chart as shown below and press "Submit" button.

Last Location Summary:

This option will allow viewing the last updated location of all vehicles.

Command History:

This option will allow viewing latest pings reports of each device.

VISUAL HISTORY

This option will allowmapping the track history of the selected vehicle. Submit date range >select vehicle>select data point.

Once submitted, the page will map start and finish point for selected vehicle for the selected date range, There is also option to play the movement of vehicle on the map.

Locate Now:

This option will allow viewing all the devices with locate now option, Select the vehicle >locate now>Find hardware vehicle now.

Note* the page will show the remaining quota for locate now.

When a particular vehicle is selected, Info tab will pop up rite under the tracking map

• Transmitting :This icon indicates if the vehicle is transmitting or not
• Track History:Select desired start and end date for viewing history. Select vehicle from the drop down list. Then, select the data points to be included in the chart as shown below and press "Submit" button.
• Starter Disable: This icon indicates if the vehicle is pinged with starter disable command.
• Repo :This icon indicates if the vehicle is pinged with repo ( aggressive mode)
• Device:This tab shows the IMEI of selected vehicle
• Date:This tab shows the last time and date.
• Location :This tab shows the last updated location
• Service:This tab show the subscription validity date.
• Edit Vehicle: This option will allow to Add, Remove and Edit the vehicle name on the platform.

Set Up Information:

This tab displays all the additional vehicle profile information’s.

Edit:

This option will allow add / edit installation information like reference , VIN, description, Licence plate, Installer, Installed on, Install Odometer

Uninstall:

This option will allow removing all the installer information from the platform for the selected vehicle.

+/- Icon on the Platform

This option will allow to zoom in and zoom out the map.

Map View/Satellite View:

This option will allowto select between Map and satellite views.

Show Past Location

This Option will allowshowing the past location of vehicles. Select date, Select Time and Select Vehicle

Show Geofence:

This option will allow showing the geofence set on the account.The option helps to edit, save and delete the geofence on the account.
